Job Title: Executive Operations Manager

Maintaining an efficient administrative staff is crucial for organizational success. As the Executive Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are properly recruited, selected, trained and oriented to meet the needs of our organization.

This role involves setting policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling and career development for staff members. It also requires initiating and coordinating goals, deadlines and projects for their department, ensuring a well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health and security standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, select, orient and train administrative staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Supervise clerical and administrative personnel to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to guide staff behavior and decision-making.
  • Manage maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
