Manager – Executive Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager – Executive Operations to provide strategic, administrative, and operational support to the CEO. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance, requiring strong coordination, project management, and communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective execution of priorities. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel plans to maximize efficiency.
  • Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Oversee preparation of reports, documentation, and presentations for business meetings and strategic reviews.
  • Track action items and projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Support business operations by handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate needs, identify priorities, and proactively resolve operational challenges.
  • Handle occasional personal and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in executive operations, business support, or a similar managerial role.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
  • Flexibility to manage extended hours or travel when required.
