Job Role: Salon Operations Manager

We are seeking a professional and experienced individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our salon. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our salon runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service: Provide top-notch customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Appointment Management: Manage client appointments, ensure timely arrivals, and maintain accurate records.
  • Visual Merchandising: Arrange attractive window displays that showcase our services and products.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and perform regular stock checks.
  • Salon Maintenance: Ensure the salon is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to health and safety standards.
  • Staff Development: Organize workshops, training sessions, and events to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Marketing: Update our social media pages to keep our clients informed about promotions, new services, and other relevant information.
  • Staff Supervision: Mentor and supervise staff members to ensure they are meeting expectations and providing excellent service.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, balance the till, and maintain accurate records.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales, pending amounts, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computers and software applications.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines and priorities.
  • Stress Management: Remain calm under pressure and manage stress effectively.
  • Cultural Competence: Be tolerant of diverse cultures and adapt to changing environments.
  • Educational Qualification: Hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Possess at least one year of experience in a similar role or related industry.
