Reformed Beauty Salon Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our esteemed beauty salon. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing beauty salons, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards across all beauty treatments.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring seamless client experiences through effective daily salon management
  • Hiring and training skilled beauticians as needed to meet growing demands
  • Organizing employee shifts, taking into account peak times and seasonality to optimize productivity
  • Managing inventory, including ordering quality beauty products and replenishing stock
  • Maintaining strict hygiene practices across all beauty stations
  • Ensuring all beauty treatments meet the highest quality standards
  • Accurately recording staff salaries, working schedules, and expenses
  • Promoting services, products, and discounts through targeted marketing campaigns
  • Handling customer requests and complaints with professionalism and poise

A successful operations lead will possess:

  • Proven work experience in a similar role or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of beauty treatments and products
  • Basic bookkeeping skills for accurate financial management
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to drive efficiency
  • A degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
