Job Overview

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled sales leader to drive strategic growth across Microsoft Cloud offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-value engagements across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
  • Drive revenue growth through the sales of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored presentations and solution proposals.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and handle bid processes.
Requirements:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Prior experience working with a Microsoft Partner (Business Applications - Preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing models for different products.
  • Full-cycle sales capabilities: prospecting, qualifying, solution positioning, demo, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Strong CRM usage discipline with experience in managing pipeline and sales forecasting (preferably using HubSpot).
  • Consultative selling approach, with the ability to align business needs to Microsoft's solutions.
