This is a Business Development role responsible for leading the growth of our insurance and auto finance vertical.

As Business Lead, you will formulate and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive growth in these areas. You will also identify customer needs and refine existing offerings or create new products for the auto finance and insurance segments.

You will build relationships with key stakeholders in banking, insurance, and corporate (B2B) segments, collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation and nurturing, and stay updated on automotive market trends, insurance product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for the insurance and auto finance vertical
  • Refine existing offerings or create new products for the auto finance and insurance segments
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in banking, insurance, and corporate segments
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation and nurturing
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in consumer banking, insurance, or associated sector
  • Deep understanding of auto financing, auto insurance products, etc.
  • Good knowledge of digital channels, online lead generation, etc.
  • Creative and analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Graduation/Master's in relevant field
