Project Lead

Are you a skilled project professional with experience leading cross-functional teams? Do you have a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget?

Job Description:

  • Manage multiple related projects to ensure overall program alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee resource allocation, schedules, financials, and quality control measures throughout the customer life cycle.
  • Coordinate vendors, suppliers, staff, and internal resources to achieve objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, adapting workflow as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on strategy and progress.
  • Design and sign off on contracts, oversee project documentation, and participate in tender processes.
  • Conduct project reviews, create detailed reports for executive staff, and optimize processes where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of project management and related experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and resourcefulness.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
