Project Lead

Effective project lead with 7+ years of experience in managing high-profile projects and leading cross-functional teams. Possesses excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in relational database management systems, SQL, and technical report writing. Additionally, they should be able to understand client corporate organizational structures and possess above-average skills in building and maintaining client relationships.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and ensure timely deployments. They will also be responsible for creating and managing project plans, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Create and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably with a PMP certification
  • Strong background in relational database management systems and SQL
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Above-average skills in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
