Business Development Executive Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive our sales strategy and grow existing accounts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To identify and secure new business opportunities in the staff augmentation industry.
  • To develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new business and expand our client base.
  • To foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • To collaborate with our recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • To prepare compelling proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • To stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the staff augmentation industry.
  • An in-depth understanding of software development lifecycles, IT roles, and international staffing models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
