Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the upkeep of facilities.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance procedures, conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve issues, ensuring functionality of electrical systems in buildings, planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities, maintaining accurate logs, and reporting on daily activities.

Requirements for this role include a solid understanding of technical aspects of Chiller, plumbing, and electrical systems, experience in planning maintenance operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to keep track of and report on activity effectively.

As part of this position, you will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
