**Senior HR Officer Role Summary:**
This role is responsible for supervising administrative and employee welfare services activities at the factory to ensure full support to IRM in compliance with all relevant legal laws and regulations.
- To provide legal support to IRM in matters related to labor laws, implementation, and compliance with existing HR practices at the factory.
- Responsible for ensuring support and implementation of all welfare activities and prevalent company schemes for workers at the factory.
- Maintaining and preparing systems and related documentation required for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits.
- Compilation and submission of related returns under Labor Laws and EOBI, PESSI as well as periodic HR Reports, IR Reports and GM Reports.
- Supervise administrative and employee welfare services activities at the factory.
- Provide legal support to IRM in matters related to labor laws.
- Ensure implementation of all welfare activities and company schemes for workers.
- Maintain and prepare systems and related documentation required for ISO audits.
- Compile and submit related returns under Labor Laws and EOBI, PESSI.
- Prepare reports on consumption patterns and price variations in the market.
- Monitor Canteen and FPS budgets.
- Prepare for local and international audits.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BA, BSc., HR, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Factory Operations or Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, union regulations, and budgeting is an advantage.
