Junior Fashion Designer

We are seeking a Junior Fashion Designer to join our Ready-to-Wear team. As a key member of the design department, you will play a pivotal role in developing seasonal collections that showcase your creativity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and developing ready-to-wear collections aligned with the company's design philosophy.
  • Conduct research on fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and cultural inspirations to support concept development.
  • Create design sketches, mood boards, CADs, and presentations to visualize design directions.
  • Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments in collaboration with the design team.
  • Prepare and update tech packs and design documentation.
  • Participate in internal design discussions, fittings, and review sessions.
  • Coordinate with pattern, embroidery, and stitching teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–2 years of experience in fashion design (luxury or ready-to-wear experience is a plus).
  • Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate concepts into market-relevant designs.
  • Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and design software.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple design tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Interest and awareness of the luxury fashion market and customer expectations.
  • Fluent in English.
