Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to take on the role of a Continuous Professional Development Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering CPD programs across departments, maintaining records of employee participation and progress in CPD activities, and working with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the planning and delivery of CPD programs
  • Maintaining records of employee participation and progress
  • Working with trainers to deliver learning modules

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, with at least 1-3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms
