Delivery Expert

We are seeking a skilled Project Delivery Facilitator to lead our projects from requirements definition through deployment.

This role will involve building and developing the project team, outlining and defining the project scope, and coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery.

• Project Planning: Define project schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies.
• Team Management: Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and changes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
2. Implement document control policies and documentation templates.
3. Maintain a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience using workflow management tools, such as Slack, Asana, and Basecamp.
