**Web Development Position**

We are seeking a skilled and passionate full-stack web developer to design and develop robust web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Web Application Development: Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  2. API Design and Implementation: Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  3. Front-End Integration: Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  4. Application Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  5. Coding Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  6. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
  7. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  8. Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

**Requirements:**

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on the MERN stack.
  3. React.js Expertise: Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles.
  4. Node.js and Express.js Knowledge: Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
  5. MongoDB Proficiency: Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.
  6. Version Control Systems: Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  7. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  8. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  9. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

  1. Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  2. DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  3. Front-End Technologies: Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.
  4. TypeScript: Experience with TypeScript.
  5. Authentication Mechanisms: Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth and JWT.
