Key to driving growth in sales and revenue lies in devising and implementing effective strategies for maximizing product distribution.

  • Target key clients across the construction, retail, and industrial sectors through engaging interactions and presentations of our cement and other commodities.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Favorable Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the cement and other construction products/solutions-marketing, sales & distribution, or commodities sector.
  • A plus if familiar with market dynamics in the Taxila, Wah, Hasan Abdal & Attock regions.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Able to work independently, achieving set sales targets.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics in the construction and logistics industry.

Work Conditions:

  • Field-based position requiring travel across the Taxila/Wah, Hasan Abdal & Attock regions to meet clients and close sales.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and have access to personal transportation/motorbike.

This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. Commission rates will be negotiated based on the product category and sales volume, with higher commissions for exceptional performance and target achievement.
