Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant Opportunity

KalSoft is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant to join their ERP implementation team.

This role offers a unique chance for experienced consultants to expand their expertise in customer-facing, end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver full lifecycle Business Central implementations.
  2. Participate in activities including:
  • Implementation projects
  • Needs Analysis
  • GAP Analysis
  • Solution Design
  • Installation & configuration of Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Data migration including preparation, manipulation, and importing
  • User Acceptance Testing in conjunction with client planning
  • User training
Collect and address customer requirements through functional solutions.Effectively manage workload and projects.Regularly update project documentation.Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and relevant parties using the Microsoft SureStep methodology.Required Skills & Experience
  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as an ERP Implementation Consultant with multiple end-to-end ERP implementations of D365 Business Central.
  2. Strong consultancy skills, delivery-focused, with successful project delivery experience.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of business processes.
  4. Excellent communication skills—written, oral, and presentation—proven engagement with stakeholders.
  5. Decisive, proactive, and able to drive projects forward.
  6. Methodical and analytical problem-solving approach.
  7. Excellent customer engagement skills.
  8. Strong database and data analysis skills.
  9. Solid finance background.
  10. Experience with end-to-end implementations of the finance module.
