Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Lead

KalSoft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central expert to expand their ERP implementation team.
This role is customer-facing, responsible for all aspects of scope, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central. The candidate will work as part of a development and consulting team on focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake full end-to-end Business Central implementations.
- Conduct needs analysis, gap analysis, solution design, installation & configuration of Dynamics 365 Business Central, data migration, user acceptance testing, and user training.
- Gather customer requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Manage workload and projects effectively.
- Regularly update project documentation.
- Work with the Microsoft SureStep methodology to deliver high-quality projects.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and relevant parties.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in ERP implementation consultancy with multiple end-to-end ERP implementations of D365 Business Central.
- Strong consultancy skills, delivery-focused with successful project delivery experience.
- Excellent understanding of business processes.
- Effective communication skills - written, oral, and presentation.
- Decisive, proactive, and able to drive projects forward.
- Methodical and analytical problem-solving approach.
- Strong database and data analysis skills.
- Solid finance background.
- Experience with end-to-end implementations of the finance module.
