Requirements
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of target achievement.
  • Extensive experience in selling tailor-made products and BPO services.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Ability to work in a global team of professionals and willingness to travel.
  • Mature leadership skills and ability to drive sales teams.
