Strategic Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our team and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing new and existing business strategies, identifying opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with industry news and developments. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a strategy to follow up with leads and determine their viability;
- Managing members of the business development team to ensure effective collaboration and communication;
- Working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns;
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is also essential.
