Assistant Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

This role requires a finance professional who can offer support to the ASU Financial Planning and Analysis Lead on P&L analysis and other KPIs. The successful candidate will establish best-in-class support, functional expertise, and reporting solutions with a particular focus on analytics and financial modelling.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a good understanding of the financial planning and analysis cycle in a year, including SL performance KPIs.
  • Conduct data analysis on large datasets to provide leadership insights on performance and profitability, driving business decisions.
  • Lead the development of financial models for different scenarios to assess the impact of changing levers.
  • Support the Operations Lead in root cause analysis of variances and identification of possible solutions to resolve issues.
  • Establish effective working relationships with the extended Finance team and ASU leadership team.
  • Participate in various improvement initiatives and information gathering activities within the financial planning and analysis space.
  • Be the go-to person for all analysis and financial modelling.
