Financial Manager

We are seeking a seasoned financial manager to join our organization.

  1. Develop and implement financial policies: Create and enforce policies that promote fiscal responsibility and ensure effective financial management.
  2. Prepare and present financial reports: Deliver insightful financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and budgets to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Monitor financial performance: Regularly review financial data against plans and budgets, making recommendations to management on necessary actions to achieve targets.
  4. Manage cash flow: Forecast future financial needs and ensure sufficient funds are available to support operations.
  5. Build relationships with stakeholders: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financiers to secure funding opportunities.
  6. Ensure tax compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns to ensure adherence to relevant tax legislation.
  7. Maintain accurate financial records: Guarantee that all financial records are up-to-date and accurately reflect financial transactions.
  8. Lead the finance function: Build and manage a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and support to staff members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  • Familiarity with financial reporting software and other relevant tools and technologies

Benefits: A competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
