Lead Software Architect and Engineer

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned software architect and engineer with extensive experience in designing and scaling high-traffic full-stack systems.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of Node.js, Next.js, and cloud tools (serverless/microservices) to maintain efficient system architecture.

We are looking for an expert who can build responsive frontends using React.js/Next.js, optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and streamline CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).

The chosen candidate will lead junior developers through code reviews and workshops, ensuring quality code and mentorship.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement scalable full-stack systems with cloud technologies.
    • Develop high-performance frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks.
    • Optimize database performance by tuning schemas and queries.
    • Mentor junior engineers in coding best practices and technical skills.
    • Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure seamless execution.

A successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, expertise in REST/GraphQL APIs, and proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, and Redis.
