Project Management is a vital function that ensures the success of any organization.

  • We are looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and take on key responsibilities in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be able to define project objectives clearly, create and manage budgets, and motivate others to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate projects from the initial stages to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and statistics.
  • Define project objectives and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage and adhere to project budgets, incorporating cost-saving measures.
  • Motivate team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Foster effective communication among departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Keep senior management informed about project progress and development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) are desired but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, with a strong background in planning and schedule management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.

Work Arrangements:

  • This role requires working at an office location.
  • The typical working hours are between 10am and 7pm.
