About This Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our business development team as a New Business Development Associate.
Job Description:
This role involves reaching out to potential clients, establishing initial contact, and generating new business opportunities for our company in the USA.
The successful candidate will engage with potential clients over the phone, build rapport, and gather essential information to aid in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists.
- Introduce services and offerings to prospects in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Ask qualifying questions to understand the client's needs.
- Document lead details and input them into our CRM system.
- Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding the quality of leads and call scripts.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to handle rejection in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry or a willingness to learn about it.
- Ability to work during USA business hours (night shifts possible).
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
