Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead the marketing efforts of our organization. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for promoting our operations and offerings, and identifying what potential partners want so we can create more.

Our ideal candidate will have considerable marketing experience and be able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. If you have an understanding of what customers want and can deliver solutions that make a difference, we would love to meet you.

Job Purpose:

To lead the marketing efforts of our organization. The Marketing Director will develop and implement strategies and campaigns to strengthen our presence locally and internationally, and take the initiative to mature our brand and identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective marketing plans, working closely with clients, management, and creative teams
  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including strategy design, implementation, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
  • Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, seminars, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed
  • Produce dynamic content for our online presence and publications
  • Act as our agent towards external parties, including the media, stakeholders, and potential clients

Requirements:

  • 3-12 years marketing experience
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Significant knowledge of budget management

  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Self-motivation
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and online marketing techniques and best practices
