Office Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our administrative team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all administrative tasks for the office/showroom, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and architects, fostering strong relationships and driving collaboration.
  • Welcome walk-in customers, introducing the company and its offerings, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through social media channels, driving business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree from a reputable institution, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the private sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional leadership, public dealing, and PR skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
