Job Description:

Pakistan Marketing Services is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to serve as an Office Manager/Operations Coordinator at its Rawalpindi office. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office activities, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of office staff, ensuring high productivity and morale
  • Oversee office finances, including budgeting, accounting, and expense management
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of office equipment and facilities
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office management and administration
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or similar software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
