
Relationship Building Specialist

The Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, overseeing the SME lending portfolio, and identifying new business opportunities. This position involves collaborating with clients to develop credit proposals based on their repayment potential, ensuring timely loan processing, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Proposal Development: Conduct thorough needs assessments of clients and create comprehensive credit proposals outlining their repayment capacity.
- Liaison with Risk and Credit Administration Teams: Collaborate with risk and credit administration teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients through prompt responses to inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Business Development: Assist senior management in presenting credit proposals at management and board levels, and contribute to expanding the business by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

- Strong Business Development Skills: Develop and execute effective business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand the existing portfolio.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements to assess cash-flow-based repayment capacity and identify potential risks or problematic accounts.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and senior management.
