Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist - Social Media Outreach

As a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist - Social Media Outreach, you will be responsible for scaling our outbound strategy through non-traditional growth hacking methods. This role involves building, managing, and scaling cold outreach systems across multiple social media platforms to generate qualified leads and initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist - Social Media Outreach. In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute cold DM campaigns across Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and manage a system of aged and burner accounts to maximize reach and avoid platform limitations.
  • Implement multi-account outreach strategies to scale lead generation efforts without triggering spam filters.
  • Leverage automation tools to streamline outreach workflows, while maintaining personalization and engagement quality.
  • Continuously test and iterate messaging, account setups, and outreach tactics to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Proven experience in cold outreach via social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • A deep understanding of growth hacking principles and outbound lead generation tactics.
  • Experience managing multiple aged/burner accounts at scale.
  • Familiarity with DM automation tools (Phantombuster, TexAu, HeyReach, etc.).
  • An A/B testing mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • The ability to write concise, compelling cold messages that convert.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment outside the box.
