We are seeking an experienced and skilled customer service professional to provide exceptional support and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Address Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide Accurate Information: Offer accurate product information, pricing, promotions, and other relevant details to customers.
- Maintain Customer Records: Ensure accurate customer record maintenance within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a results-driven approach to achieving targets and goals. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a customer support representative in a reputable IT/Software Development company is also essential.
