The role of a Senior Officer Education requires managing front desk activities related to education & training by providing comprehensive student support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the distribution of ICAP publications and the issuance of fee receipts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Effectively communicate and assist students, members, registered tutors, and training organizations while addressing their inquiries.
  • Maintain a high standard of handling general queries and provide necessary support to all associated parties.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Specifications: The ideal candidate must have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an HEC recognized University with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in handling facilitation and education-related matters.

Skills Required:

The candidate should be able to work under tight deadlines. Must possess good communication, interpersonal, and management skills to accomplish the responsibilities of this role.
