We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Education Officer. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in handling facilitation and education-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk activities related to education & training by providing comprehensive student support.
  • Facilitate the distribution of educational materials and the issuance of receipts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Effectively communicate and assist students, members, registered tutors, and training organizations while addressing their inquiries.
  • Maintain a high standard of handling general queries and provide necessary support to all associated parties.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills to accomplish the responsibilities of this role.
