Key Responsibilities- Responding to all incoming emails and ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries
- Maintaining accurate customer information in Hubspot database
- Proficiently using CRM tools for efficient client interaction
- Preparing customer spreadsheets and keeping records online
- Collaborating with team members to meet team key performance indicators
- Strong command on English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and priorities
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Google Suite, and Hubspot
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles
Work hours will be between 6 pm and 3 am (Mon-Fri), Pakistan Time
