Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including record-to-report (R2R) activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and experience with financial systems, such as SAP FI. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of R2R activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience with financial systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
