Job Description:

As a Creative Artist at our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of graphic designs from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and providing feedback on junior designer drafts to ensure high-quality output.

You will also serve as a liaison between the marketing and design teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring timely project completion.

In collaboration with the Creative leadership, you will drive innovation and push the boundaries of what we achieve in the translation & localization industry.

Familiarity with UX and UI basics is essential, as well as an awareness of modern web design and UX trends.

One of your key strengths will be mentoring and encouraging creative team members to foster a positive work environment.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely completion of all assigned work projects.

Regular progress reports on major stages of project conception, creation, and execution are expected.

Your role will involve maintaining consistency in designs and content that reflect positively on our brand image and name.

Collaboration with internal and external strategic partners to develop products using best practices will also be a critical part of this position.

This role serves as a bridge between the marketing and creative teams.
