Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a project team, identifying and engaging necessary resources, managing project plans in line with the Work Breakdown Structure, ensuring contracting arrangements are in place, preparing delivery models, facilitating business requirements specifications and solution briefs, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities
  • Foster a high-performing project team by assembling and leading it
  • IDentify and secure the necessary resources to support the project team
  • Develop and maintain a project plan aligned with the Work Breakdown Structure
  • Presentation of the project plan to relevant stakeholders
  • Procurement of services from external vendors by evaluating and ensuring contracting arrangements are in place
  • Development of delivery models to guide project execution
  • Effective facilitation of team meetings to drive project progress
  • Business Requirements Specification development and review
  • Change Management process implementation to minimize disruption
  • Preparation of Solution Briefs to ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Implementation plan development to guide project execution
  • Management of project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives
  • Negotiation and engagement of internal and external suppliers of development resources in conjunction with the PMO
  • Build activity management to ensure quality deliverables
  • Resolution of testing issues and defects to ensure project deliverables meet requirements
  • Guidance of the project through the Project/Operational Readiness Review to ensure readiness for deployment
  • Delivery date achievement through effective project management
  • Deployment of technical, process, organizational, and support elements of the solution
  • Evaluation of project performance and team activities to inform future improvements
