We are seeking a skilled and experienced procurement professional to join our team. As an Assistant Manager of Procurement, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for our Beauty & Wellbeing portfolios.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ",
    "
  • Executing procurement strategies for B&W materials/services Portfolios: deciding who to buy from, how to buy, and when to buy with relevant portfolio teams.",
    "
  • Developing and implementing procurement plans for the respective portfolios.",
    "
  • Following market conditions, preparing price trends, and formulating future market trends for the business.",
    "
  • Supporting the business with accurate price forecasting, preparing information on purchase prices, and communicating price trends to the local Finance team as an input to the business plan.",
    "
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, service, and innovation.",
    "
  • Managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while optimizing supply chain performance.",
    "
  • Working closely with internal teams to align procurement activities with business needs.",
    "
  • Collaborating with supply chain and customer operations teams, including make, sourcing, planning, and logistics.",
    "
  • Partnering with BU teams to meet project requirements.",
    "
  • Delivering operational cash flow and working capital plans for the specific materials/services and suppliers.",
    "
  • Managing supply chain issues together with relevant teams.",
    "
  • Measuring and managing overall performance of suppliers.",
    "
  • Leading or coordinating large procurement projects as needed and continuously improving procurement processes.",
    "
  • Leading the rationalization of suppliers, materials, and services to meet business requirements.",
    "
  • Leading procurement CM excellence programs.",
    "
  • Identifying, developing, and managing strategic business relationships to enable growth, revenue, and new product development.",
    "
  • Developing contingency plans and building material resilience strategies.",
    "
  • Supporting the sustainability agenda in procurement activities.",
    "

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.",

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in procurement or supply chain management.",
