Job Description
  • Proactively bid and win projects on Upwork focused on Web and Mobile App development.
  • Craft tailored proposals that resonate with client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients, understanding their requirements and converting them into projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Meet and exceed the monthly revenue target.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bid and win projects on Upwork focused on web and mobile app development.
  2. Craft proposals that meet client needs.
  3. Communicate with international clients to convert their requirements into projects.
  4. Work with internal teams to deliver projects smoothly.
  5. Exceed the monthly revenue target.
Requirements
  • Experience managing leads on Upwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies.
  • Ability to work night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM).
  • Comfortable working onsite at our office.
