Job Summary:We're looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Specialist to help drive our client acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, scheduling meetings, and ensuring consistent follow-ups. Your role will be key in supporting the senior sales team to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and engage potential leads on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Conduct initial outreach messages to spark conversations and generate interest.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Maintain a structured follow-up process to keep leads warm and engaged.
- Update CRM or lead tracking systems regularly with interaction history and lead status.
- Collaborate with senior sales members to ensure seamless hand-off for closing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- 1+ year of experience in business development, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and outreach strategies.
- Highly organized with good time management and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Competitive compensation (PKR 80,000 to PKR 100,000) and performance-based incentives.
