As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the development team through the entire software development lifecycle. This includes analysis, design, development, implementation, modification, and documentation. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring that they meet all technical requirements.

Job Specification

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing development teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinating and leading technical teams to complete projects
  • Preparing presentations on various topics and forecasting costs throughout projects
  • Developing and enforcing software development life cycle policies and procedures
  • Ensuring excellent English language skills both written and oral
  • Having experience working with international projects
  • Controlling and tracking documentation, user manuals, help files, schedules, and configuration management plans
  • Having good knowledge of CMS systems and experience working with Microsoft .NET technologies and Open source Java technologies
  • Producing project management deliverables such as project status reports, risk analysis reports, user acceptance test plans, architectural and technical design documents
  • Handling and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Having experience in application software testing and QA methods and tools
