Project Leadership Role

A Project Leadership Manager oversees the execution of projects from inception to completion. Their focus is on delivering results within established timelines and budgets.

  • Coordinate project planning and execution with top-down oversight to ensure success
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align client requirements with company goals
  • Monitor project progress continuously and provide regular updates on key performance indicators
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide support, identify issues, and implement solutions
  • Review and analyze project data to inform decision-making and improve efficiency
  • Oversee the development and implementation of mobile and web application development projects
  • Implement Agile methodologies to ensure quality delivery of projects within allocated timelines
  • Lead a team of software developers, testers, and designers
  • Anticipate project needs by communicating directly with clients and staying informed of industry trends
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 10-12 years of software development experience with 3-4 years in a project leadership role
  • Proven knowledge and experience of implementing Agile frameworks
  • Understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department
  • Experience working in an offshore software development environment
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Professional project management and Agile certification is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
