Job Title: Broadcast Engineers

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute routine maintenance and operations of C-Band Earth stations.
  2. Respond to critical calls, identify problems, and implement troubleshooting measures.
  3. Lead a team of technical personnel at the earth station and TV studio, providing guidance and oversight.
  4. Manage the ingestion of live programs and feeds through studio/software systems.
  5. Operate and maintain geostationary satellite antennas, as well as various equipment including encoders/modulators, spectrum analyzers, satellite receivers, data modems, BUCs, and LNBs.
  6. Oversee the operation and maintenance of television studio equipment.
  7. Collaborate with senior broadcast engineers on day-to-day activities, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Qualifications

Relevant experience in operating, maintaining, and installing TV studio equipment in government, semi-government, autonomous bodies, or reputable organizations, at a level equivalent to BPS-16. Familiarity with digital radio and TV recording/broadcasting techniques is essential.
