As a successful Auto Parts Manager, you will lead the growth of our parts department with exceptional customer service skills.

  8. Administering a wholesale and retail parts program.
  9. Providing high-quality service to both external and internal customers.
  10. Collaborating with Operations and Service Managers.
  11. Analyzing departmental operations and storage layouts.
  12. Providing technical assistance to employees and customers.
  13. Coordinating paperwork flow and directing shipping and receiving efforts.
  14. Developing sales promotions and seeking new parts business opportunities.
