About the Role

Paracha Auto Parts Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Asst. Finance Manager to oversee financial operations at our factory in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of taxation and sales tax, strong command of QuickBooks and manual bookkeeping, and the ability to manage factory-related accounting processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and manual accounting methods
  • Record daily financial transactions, prepare ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations
  • Handle factory expense tracking, payroll support, and inventory accounting
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with taxation and sales tax regulations
  • Monitor accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and management as needed

Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and manual accounting practices
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, sales tax, and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience in factory accounting, vouchers, and reconciliations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (B.Com or related qualification preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (factory/manufacturing environment is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced factory setting
