DEVICE SALES SPECIALIST

We are looking for a highly motivated DEVICE SALES SPECIALIST to join our team and contribute to the success of our medical device business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and KOLs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in medical device sales, particularly in Ventilators, Defibrillators, and CPR Devices.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  6. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including those related to quality, safety, and compliance.
