Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Lead Generation expert with a proven track record in B2B marketing and demand generation. This individual will be responsible for designing and executing high-performing email campaigns, managing campaign processes, and creating high-quality email lists tailored to the ideal client profile.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute high-performing email campaigns to capture attention, build engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign processes to ensure smooth outreach.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Instantly.ai, Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
  • Create high-quality, verified email lists tailored to the ideal client profile.
  • Manage multi-step prospecting flows through Dripify; engage 800–1,000 ideal prospects per month.
  • Content & Social Media: create engaging LinkedIn posts, repurpose podcasts into snippets, collaborate with customers to build case studies, produce short video content for social media, and plan/optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Podcast Campaigns: coordinate at least two podcasts per month; turn episodes into content assets for outreach and positioning.
  • CRM & Reporting: maintain clean CRM and campaign trackers; provide weekly performance reports on outreach, meetings booked, and conversions.
  • Client Coordination: act as the liaison between teams and gather marketing inputs (case studies, testimonials, brand guidelines).
Qualifications:
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing or lead generation.
  • Experience using outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly, and Dripify; knowledge of HubSpot CRM for pipeline management.
  • Strong written English and excellent communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
