We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Expert to join our team on a remote basis.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Oversee and update website content to ensure optimization for SEO and performance.
  • Digital Marketing Strategies: Implement and manage SEO strategies, create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, and develop engaging content for social media channels.
  • Social Media Presence: Manage and grow social media presence, developing and posting regular content to engage with followers.
  • Hiring and Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process for staff and cleaners, conduct remote interviews via video conferencing tools, and coordinate with candidates.
  • Client Coordination: Communicate with new and existing clients to address their needs and queries, follow up on sales leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Support: Maintain basic bookkeeping records and create and manage staff rosters and schedules.
Requirements
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in website management and SEO.
  • Marketing Skills: Strong background in digital and social media marketing.
  • Recruitment Experience: Experience in recruitment and conducting remote interviews.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and roster creation, proficiency with tools such as video conferencing software, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
