GSPANN is hiring Business Systems Analysts with expertise in SAP. This role requires expertise in integration across sales, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and finance, as well as project management experience within SAP.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, implementation, and configuration activities of business processes within the SAP Sales process using SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sales, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), and SAP Variant Configuration (VC) modules.
- Analyze complex business problems, including new requirements and incidents, to define effective solutions within SAP.
- Collaborate with Business and IT cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business system issues, consulting with users to suggest potential improvements.
- Provide expertise in identifying gaps in business requirements for system functional specifications, aiding in the scaling of new and existing systems and processes.
- Accurately document and translate business requirements into functional specifications to address business challenges.
- Configure system settings and options to enhance system functionality.
- Plan, execute, and document unit and cycle testing, while supporting business end users during integration and user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to tackle business or systems issues and manage technical projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and acquisitions.
- Oversee project management processes to ensure timely project delivery.
- Focus on Opportunity/Quotation/Sales Order management in a manufacturing environment, utilizing Configurable Products.
- Engage in activities related to SAP CRM Sales and SAP SD, including order types, item categories, schedule line categories, and condition techniques for pricing, tax, accounts, output, and partners.
- Enhance custom applications built on SAP Web Dynpro, SAP Portal, SAP Web UI (CRM), and SAP Fiori.
- Facilitate discussions with technical teams, including ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), Basis, Portal, and Security.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to resolve business issues related to planning, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Integrate sales and finance processes to streamline invoicing, trade (GTS), and costing operations.
- Implement new dimension tools and concepts such as robotic process automation, process mining, and data mining to enhance business processes and solutions.
- Conduct hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design, and development tasks as needed for current and new projects.
- Assess risks associated with various solutions by evaluating multiple applications.
- Clearly articulate the impact of business challenges and benefits using business language.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, emphasizing SAP CRM, SAP SD, and SAP VC in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive integration experience in SAP Variant Configuration (VC) and Bill of Materials (BOM), encompassing sales, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and finance.
- Familiarity with productivity tools and concepts such as robotic process automation and process mining.
- Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in managing and leading projects and enhancements.
- Self-directed, with a solid track record of managing priorities and timelines effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders, and management at all levels.
- Good understanding of the capabilities in SAP S/4 HANA Lead to Cash Process.
- Experience with global SAP implementations or rollouts, especially involving complex multi-system interfaces.
- Knowledge of cloud-based and on-premises integration technologies, such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration and Migration Cockpit.
- Willingness to work with a partial overlap in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
