Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10+ QA engineers comprising automation engineers and Manual QA engineers.

You will work closely with Engineering and Support teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results. Your primary goal will be to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, organize, and manage Test Automation Resources.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of all product features.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects and implement fixes.
  • Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium and QTP.
  • Design and execute regression tests to ensure product stability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes to the product roadmap or environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in test management tools like TestRail and Zephyr.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing life cycles (STLC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
